With reference to your letter No. 19366/1913, dated
the 20th of June 1913, forwarding a copy of a despatch from
His Excellency the Governor of Hong Kong on the subject of the erection of a low power wireless installation in that Colony,
I am commanded by the Army Council to inform you that they
concur in the proposal to site the station at Cape D'Aguilar provided satisfactory arrangements are made to dismantle it
in the event of war when such action is considered necessary
by the local military authorities.
2. The plan forwarded with your letter under reply is
returned herewith as requested.
